I am going to start doing a segment called, “Customer Highlight,” as a way of introducing you to the people that I get to meet with on a regular basis. I ask them what they do in their line of work and how they get through situations, focusing on the fact that we are more alike than different. I have already had a few volunteers and I am excited to see where this goes.
This first office I am going to highlight, I met on my very first day of driving these routes in 2018, and I will never forget how I met this young lady. I pulled up with my little green SERVPRO car, parked it in front of their building, stumbled my 6’5” frame out of the car, stilled my nerves and entered their office doors; little did I know what was waiting for me on the other side. A fast-talking, quick-witted woman, sharp as a tack and even quicker with a response. Needless to say, I liked her right away. Since then, our office has done several jobs with this office and even worked IN their office. I have helped Cyndie by offering advice on a Disney trip that she was planning and had several laughs over her no-nonsense, straight-to-the-point humor. This franchise has multiple offices, of which SERVPRO of The Saint Croix Valley services two of. I can honestly say of my new friend Cyndie, that the best quality about her is her straight forward “what you see is what you get” attitude, as well as her desire to help others in the same manner but, I’ll let her tell you about that.
